i've been "writing" some stuff lately. nothing fantastic, but the style is different from my usual and that excites me. i'll see if i can upload them here but i'm running our of space right now. need to send the *.jpeg files to dublin so that they could be optimized..

i finally got to meet serp last night!! ;D He's one of the kewl graphics artist + poet i *met* at dA. 'got drawn into his poetry because of our huge similarities in writing. the length, the choice of words..

we met after i got off from my 12hr shift. had burgers. exchanged *stuff.* [copies of sarah mclachlan's cd's! video card for my future baby!! *huge smile*] rushed to the bookstore to get watercolor paper coz the bookstore and most of the other stores close at 8 (crazy mall!) then talked over iced tea.

he's really kewl. as nice in real life as he is online. :)

and his hair.. ooh, i wish i had hair like that. ;p light curls.. nice length.. it probably won't look as nice on me, but still.. ;)

Met bloodymary, mantis, crughmie, dublin, ninong, and mike for kit's dinner invitation at the Super Bowl last saturday night. The food was fantastic! the dimsum, the tosino-tasting meat, the little trees, the fried rice, the noodles, everything! the service was a bit lousy, though.. but we still had a great time. [thanks, Kit :)]

Choy arrived much later and met us at starbucks. Mmm, it's so good to be with all of them again. Glad that ninong was able to join us again after his long absence. Spent most of the night putting ninong in the hot seat, grilling him about the details of The Break-up.

Kit, Mike and I bid the guys goodbye at around midnight. At around 7am sunday morning, i got a call from Dublin informing me that he has just arrived home from the night out. huhuhu.. the things i (we) miss because of work..

a few more encoding and writing and uploading and this place will be done. i bet by the time i finish this i'd be tired of the way this looks. sus! locussolus and i are having a race on who gets to finish first. the winner gets a bushel of works and poems! (yumm!)

Tiff's blog has a new look by the way. ;] well, not exactly new, but i'm slow. ;p the penguins on the top of the page is a lovely touch.
